This is the mascot OSUmaru.
His name is "OSUmaru."
It was created to commemorate the 50th Osaka Sangyo University University Festival.
This year marks the ninth year since his birth, and he has happily reached the age of nine.
His job is to make the university festival as exciting as possible.
The goal is for everyone to have fun.
